Graduate Non-Nursing Scholarship Reference

Scholarships are awarded annually to RNs enrolled in a Master's or Doctorate program in a discipline other than nursing. The candidate must demonstrate a planned career path that is nursing focused. 

Value: $2000 (full-time) or $1000 (part-time) 
Part-time is defined as enrolled in less than three courses per semester.

Application Deadline: October 15th 

References are accepted from faculty members/course instructors who can speak to the applicant’s academic performance and potential for contributions to the nursing profession.  A reference from the applicant’s thesis supervisor is preferred (if applicable).

If you are providing an academic reference for an applicant, please review the Reference Requirements document prior to starting the reference form. 

Academic references can be completed using the Graduate Non-Nursing Scholarship Reference Form. Letters of reference will not be accepted. 

References must be submitted by the application deadline in order to be considered by the Awards Committee.
